You’ll design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports used across the company, ensure data accuracy and reliability, and proactively identify anomalies or issues before they impact decision-making. Working closely with engineering and business teams in a fully remote environment, you’ll play a key role in helping the company operate as a truly data-driven organization. Responsibilities: - Pipeline and data warehouse management (Stitch and Google BigQuery) - PowerBI - Design, build and maintain dashboards for different teams - Write and maintain DAX measures, calculated columns and calculated tables - Google Analytics - Setting up and validating tracking in coordination with engineering team - Building on-demand custom reports for different teams - Analyse and interpret data Expectations: - Data validation / Attention to detail - all dashboards and reports must be double checked. We are relying heavily on data and we must trust data reported is 100% accurate at all times. - Proactive anomaly detection - build a system in such a way that you can spot and report anomalies and proactively detect and solve issues in reporting or analytics. - High level of organisation - work must be organised, documented and tracked (Trello, Slack deployment logs). - Cooperation and communication - since we are a fully remote company, we are relying heavily on Slack.
