Job Requirements
- Meaningful (2+ years) experience in system integration health, API monitoring, and network troubleshooting
- The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
- Proficiency in scripting/query languages like SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash for log analysis and automation.
- A compassionate but consultative, and confident approach when collaborating on technical issues with cross-functional teams.
- A fundamental understanding of API integrations, system operations, and incident management best practices.
- Integrated generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to modernize a leading, global-scale multi-cloud environment in support of a critical mission, supporting USAF system resiliency, security, and cost effectiveness. Location: This position will be remote, candidate will be required to work onsite as needed. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Dedicated support of IL2, IL4, IL5, and IL6 cloud environments. - Develop and present reports and updates to senior management, including the weekly action report and monthly operations report.
