Account Coordinator, Direct Mail
MissionWired
• Supporting in achieving clients’ fundraising and engagement goals; • Providing top-quality customer service to clients, including attending client meetings; • Reviewing direct mail pieces and other work products throughout the lifecycle of a project to ensure quality; • Working with the data team to assist in managing resources and project timelines and analyzing list acquisition data for new prospecting opportunities • Day-to-day contribution to client relationships and satisfaction. • Managing the basic production process; • Providing timely and accurate responses to client requests (including but not limited to: meeting recaps, procedural requests and copy); • Working to develop marketing objectives into comprehensive tactical implementation project management; • Assisting in the creative process by contributing to brainstorming, conducting research, and scheduling kickoff meetings; and • Understanding basic statistical measures including testing reports, stats, and budget projections.
Job Requirements
- One to three years of general work experience, including past internships and part-time work;
- Passion for good causes, whether nonprofit, candidate, or other;
- Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and ability to apply data to strategic decisions;
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with writing and editing;
- Ability to juggle and multitask on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment;
- Willingness to take initiative and use good judgment to resolve issues; and
- Ability to collaborate on a team both internally and externally.

Job Category The Sr. Account Manager for our QRP platform is responsible for owning and growing key client relationships, driving performance, and ensuring long-term success across the program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic guidance to optimize results, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities. This position works cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Media, Product, Project Management, and Onboarding to deliver a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing optimization and expansion.
