Job Description

ServiceNow System Developer

Global Channel Management, Inc.

• Build out a robust Travel request form where our users will place requests to bring company equipment on their international trips • A table built to track the number of days a user is traveling internationally per year • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve. • Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity. • Debug and fix technical problems • Produce and run test cases to guarantee software quality. • Documenting code and application functionality

Job Requirements

  • 6-10 years experience
  • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (required)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing GlideQuery and GlideRecord APIs
  • Extensive experience designing and building custom ServiceNow tables and data models
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
  • Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
  • ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro‑Certification
  • Experience utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Prior contract or consulting experience
