Role Description The Remote Healthcare Coalition Preparedness Coordinator requires the following: - Must be in Indiana - Must know healthcare system within North region of Indiana - Must know overall preparedness gaps and needs of hospitals, healthcare organizations in Indiana - Must have IN HEALTHCARE in Indiana - 25% travel required - Demonstrate proficiency & independence utilizing Microsoft suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Specialized knowledge in program subject matter obtained through experience and/or education - Specialized knowledge of program area including pertinent rules and regulations - Extensive knowledge of all source materials and references including federal and state laws governing the programs - Ability to develop and implement new principles and policies and discern any far-reaching implications - Ability to communicate orally and in writing - The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense - Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders - Working knowledge of accounting and budget principles - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow - Ability to effectively give feedback, provide guidance or corrective action, coach, and develop employee skillsets Requirements - Develop, update, and monitor all policies and procedures related to the program area - Interpret and explain policies, rules, regulations, or laws to leadership or customers - Implement corrective action plans to solve program problems - Analyze, prepare, and disseminate monthly and annual program reports - Review budget and make budgetary recommendations to improve the program area finances - Ensure program requirements meet federal and state policies and grants compliance - Coordinate and deliver communication plans and communications

• Maintain and closely adhere to schedule of reporting requirements for each client by entity and by state. • Request and obtain payroll, class codes, hours, loss information, financial statements and other documents from the client, TPA or other as required in each state. • Follow up with client or others on tight diary for receipt of information in order to stay in compliance with strict state deadlines. • Actively review status of all activity and input information into the various state web portals.

• FDA 510(k) submission • Conduct comprehensive review of technical documentation (design controls, V&V, risk, labeling, clinical evidence, and software as applicable) to ensure completeness, quality, and regulatory compliance • Perform detailed regulatory gap assessments against FDA requirements (21 CFR Parts 807, 820, and applicable FDA guidance documents) • Author, compile and deliver a complete 510k submission, including preparation in FDA eSTAR format, • Lead submission lifecycle activities, including: Acceptance Review support (RTA readiness) • Substantive Review coordination • Drafting and submission of responses to FDA requests for Additional Information, Interactive review communications • Updating submission content and modules as required • Interface cross-functionally to incorporate Business inputs and ensure alignment throughout the review process. • Provide regulatory leadership through FDA clearance. • EU MDR Technical Documentation Support • Conduct EU MDR readiness assessment aligned with Notified Body expectations and conformity assessment requirements. • Perform critical review and gap analysis of EU MDR technical file • Provide targeted recommendations to ensure audit-readiness and Notified Body acceptance • Lead or support submission to obtain CE Mark.

• Own and maintain a detailed IT budget tracker across multiple cost centers, ensuring budget data is accurate, current, and organized • Track budget versus actuals on a recurring basis, identify variances, and prepare clear reporting for IT leadership and cost center owners • Partner with cost center owners to collect updates, validate spend, reconcile planned versus actual expenses, and maintain forecast accuracy • Support monthly budget review cycles by updating financial trackers, organizing supporting detail, and following up on open items • Review invoices and spend records against budgets, purchase orders, and contract terms to help ensure accurate coding and payment readiness • Use advanced Excel skills to manage large data sets, perform reconciliations, build formulas, and prepare routine budget reporting and analysis

• Support Reconciliation Team by preparing daily & monthly reconciliations, primarily in excel or automation tool. • Research variances, match items accurately, communicate with business partners. • Perform reconciliations by comparing internal data with external sources ensuring financial records match, investigating and resolving discrepancies, maintaining accuracy for financial integrity.

• Own development and evolution of store setup guidelines, product initiatives, and brand flow strategies across all store formats. • Coordinate monthly and fiscal week merchandising updates, including Store Mapping Guides and related deliverables. • Manage guideline tracking, uploads, and distribution to field teams. • Conduct store visits and execution audits to ensure alignment with merchandising standards. • Collect and validate store photos, providing feedback and follow-up with field teams. • Act as a point of contact for field questions related to merchandising, mapping, and guidelines. • Create training materials (guides, videos, presentations) to support field teams. • Help streamline and simplify communications for clarity and ease of execution. • Support on-boarding and ongoing training for store teams and new hires.

• Provide architectural oversight across AI/ML projects to ensure consistency, performance, and maintainability • Evaluate and select AI technologies, frameworks, cloud services, vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks, and tooling • Support development teams on model selection, training pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and evaluation methodologies • Mentor engineers, analysts, and product teams on AI best practices.

• Work/support the following Rebound capabilities and key results: Protected Backups: KR3: Evaluate end-user protected backup solutions • KR4: Implement end user backup scanning • Rebuild and Recover: KR5: Perform end user (200) tests

• Reviews financial transactions • Prepares reports • Performs account reconcilements both manually and through the technical accounting system • Processes financial statements and data to provide resolution to customer requests • Assists in special projects, audits, and other accounting initiatives as needed • May handle escalated customer inquiries or provide leadership for less experienced specialists in the work group • Performs bookkeeping, accounting, and analysis at an advanced level of volume and support for the Accounting function of CAB
