• Ensure customer details are complete and accurate. • Collect contact details, profiles, and the nature of business for each customer. • Update verified deals in HubSpot and add leads to the email sequence. • Enrich leads by finding detailed information about the individuals and companies who have signed up for our product. • Identify key contacts at prospect accounts based on their titles and responsibilities. • Generate leads from given companies and assign them to respective Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). • Track daily sign-ups and demo requests, ensuring they are addressed within the turnaround time (TAT) and service level agreements (SLA). • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and industry trends. • Develop new and creative email campaigns and manage their creation and execution.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or pursuing in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong self-motivation and good interpersonal skills.
