Performance- und Prozessverbesserung • Qualitätssicherung, Testing sowie Unterstützung bei Go- Lives und Hypercare -Phasen • Fachliche Führung von (Junior-) Berater:innen und aktiver Wissenstransfer im Team • Unterstützung im Presales sowie bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Lösungskonzepten
• Exciting transformation projects in the logistics area • You facilitate workshops for the analysis, design, implementation, and harmonization of business processes within our S/4HANA migration, system consolidation, and carve-out projects • You are also happy to take on (partial) project leadership and support project pre-sales • You contribute to the development and expansion of our transformation team
• Responsibility for the overall sales of our complete software and service portfolio • Management and development of existing customers • Building and maintaining a strong C-level network • Strategic consulting and positioning within the SAP environment
• New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire potential customers who can benefit from SAP Public Cloud ERP solutions • Consulting: Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solution concepts in collaboration with our technical teams • Presentation: Convincingly present SAP Public Cloud ERP solutions and their value in meetings, webinars, and events • Pipeline management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth • Closing expertise: Negotiate and finalize contracts at C-level • Collaboration: Closely coordinate with internal departments such as Consulting, Marketing, and Product Development to achieve optimal results for the customer
• Generating new customer business and expanding existing customer relationships for our ALM portfolio • Managing all sales processes • Responsible for revenue development in an assigned area of the DACH region • Strategically developing customer relationships • Presenting on-site at customer locations
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer projects • Analyze customers' business challenges • Plan and design cloud architectures • Provide guidance on cloud-native technologies, containerization, serverless, and DevOps • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the project
• Advising federal, state and municipal administrations as well as public institutions on the implementation, further development and optimization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors • Supporting core modules Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), pension and post-employment insurance administration (VADM and NADM), and position/establishment management (PA-PM-PB) with a focus on the public sector • Future support of SuccessFactors modules Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central Time (ECT) • Implementing collective-bargaining-specific requirements, in particular: collective agreements TVöD, TV-L, TV-H, TV-Ärzte, TV-V and regional company-level collective agreements • Civil service pay regulations (civil servant remuneration, trainee payments, family allowances) • Pay-scale structures and step assignment • Annual special payments, performance-related pay and allowance regulations • Occupational pension schemes / supplementary pension providers (ZVK, VBL) • Pension adjustment and retirement/pensioning • Analysis and optimization of staffing plans, budget management and personnel cost projections • Capturing specific requirements and deriving a fit-to-standard approach • Participation in and support for the creation of role and authorization concepts • End-user and key-user training • Participation in S/4HANA transformation and the integration of cloud solutions for modern HR management solutions in the public sector • Close collaboration with HR specialist departments and IT to implement legal changes in a timely manner
• Analyze and further develop the HR system architecture with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors • Design and implement integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors • Advise on best practices for modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll • Create technical concepts and interface designs (e.g., SAP BTP, middleware) • Participate in migration projects and go-live phases • Collaborate with project management, developers and business stakeholders • Pre-sales activities: participate in client workshops and presentations • Prepare solution proposals and support tendering processes • Demonstrate SuccessFactors functionality to prospective clients
• You support our clients throughout their entire S/4HANA journey • You facilitate workshops for the analysis, design, implementation, and harmonization of business processes • You use our proprietary Transformation Toolbox DSM to execute data migration and transformation • You are also happy to take on (partial) project leadership and support project pre-sales • You contribute to the development and expansion of our Transformation team
• Designing and implementing tailored authorization solutions for customers' hybrid SAP landscapes • Advising customers on SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and SAP authorizations • Analyzing security gaps and risks in existing authorization and GRC concepts • Supporting sales in presales workshops and use-case analyses • Contributing to the development and expansion of our Transformation team
