Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department. - Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll. - Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
