Role Description As senior People Partner, you will be a key strategic and operational advisor within the organisation, working closely with the leadership team, and reporting into the Director of People and Operations. • Serve as the primary HRIS consultant to our People Organization Centers of Excellence (COEs) • Proactively partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide expert guidance on system capabilities • Lead the administration and optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central • Drive the technical execution of key HR cycles, including Global Compensation and Payroll integrations • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide high-level reporting • Lead technical projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Provide "Tier 2" expert-level troubleshooting for complex system issues • Act as a steward for data integrity and security
