• The Web Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming web data into actionable insights that guide business decisions, improve user experience, and optimize online performance to advance the mission of clean transportation. • This position will be responsible for measuring and analyzing the performance of our website properties, serving as a key bridge between marketing, web, and program teams to demonstrate the impact of our digital initiatives. • A strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data layer management are essential. • The Web Analyst will report to the Senior Website Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience, and 3+ years of experience in a web analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data measurement and analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics (GA4 is a must) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity to learn and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in clean transportation technology industry or nonprofits.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for GTM implementation is highly desirable.
- Experience in integrating web data with third-party platforms, such as a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and/or a data warehouse/lake environment.
- Experience with heat mapping tools (e.g. FullStory, Microsoft Clarity).

Summary: The Analyst, Post Sale Title serves as the primary liaison between our organization and vendors providing title services, with a specific focus on managing FHA and VA title processing for post-sale conveyance files. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of contact for all title-related communication with third-party title vendors or law firms on post foreclosure sale loan managed within the Claims Department. - Manage and oversee the post-sale title processing and issue resolution of FHA and VA conveyance loans to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely execution. - Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards. - Develop and maintain a post-sale title vendor scorecard, including relevant KPIs and metrics. - Compile and distribute monthly reporting on title performance, processing times, issue resolution, and relationship insights. - Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the title process, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency to include, but not be limited to, system enhancements, dashboards, reporting. - Collaborate with internal teams including post-sale operations, best execution, disposition and analytics, compliance, and business controls as needed. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors through proactive communication and accountability. - Support leadership with insights, summaries, and recommendations based on reporting and vendor interactions. - Responsible for learning new skills and expand job knowledge to better perform assigned duties. - Maintain monthly performance in alignment with quality expectations. - Responsible for staying abreast of relevant changes to GSE or Government Mortgage Insured guidelines, industry standards and client expectations. - Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks when assigned.
