Role Description We are currently seeking a Photo Editor with specialized experience in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in editing 30–50 images each day and have hands-on experience with drone photography editing, including enhancing aerial shots and adding landmarks or location highlights. Proficiency in Affinity (Photo/Designer) alongside other editing tools is highly preferred. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their skills in a fast-paced, remote environment while contributing to the growth of leading real estate companies. - Edit 50-60 real estate images daily, ensuring high-quality and consistency. - Enhance and edit drone photography, including adding landmarks, labels, and visual overlays to highlight key property features and surrounding areas. - Utilize Affinity Photo/Designer (or similar tools) along with Adobe software for advanced image editing. - Work closely with real estate agents and architects to understand their photo editing and branding needs. - Edit and interpret blueprints and architectural documents. - Perform advanced edits including color correction, sky replacement, object removal, perspective correction, and compositing. - Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines. - Ensure all images meet company and client specifications and quality standards. - Assist in other critical tasks that support the team on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in photo editing, specifically in the real estate space. - Proven experience editing drone photography, including adding landmarks, annotations, or map overlays. - Proficiency in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer is strongly preferred; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is also required. - Experience working with blueprints and architectural documents. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high volumes of images. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team. - Willingness and ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks as needed. This is a remote position. We are seeking a Lawyer / Senior Paralegal with significant experience across Criminal Law, Family Law, and Immigration Law to support international legal practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling multi-disciplinary legal matter, with the ability to manage sensitive cases and provide comprehensive legal support across these practice areas. This role requires a highly organized and experienced legal professional who can work independently, manage complex casework, and support legal teams across multiple jurisdictions. Experience working in a remote or outsourced legal services environment will be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling client communications, legal drafting, case preparation, and coordination across criminal, family, and immigration matters. Role Description This is a remote position. The Head of GC Partnerships is a senior, market-facing role designed to break Teams Squared and LexOps into the Australian in-house legal market. The right person brings an existing network of General Counsel and in-house legal leaders and uses those relationships to generate new client partnerships. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward role combining a strong base salary with uncapped commission tied to the book of business they build. - Leverage an existing network of General Counsel and in-house legal leaders to generate new business for Teams Squared and LexOps. - Own the full sales cycle for in-house legal clients; from first conversation through to signed agreement and first placement. - Build and manage a pipeline of active GC-level prospects. - Represent Teams Squared and LexOps at legal industry events, GC forums and online channels. - Develop and maintain deep, long-term relationships with GC clients in a consultative manner. - Transition newly won clients into the AM team for day-to-day management while retaining the senior relationship. - Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships - introducing LexOps services where appropriate. - Provide market intelligence to the founding team on in-house legal trends and competitor activity. - Collaborate with the Marketing Team on targeted marketing to the GC audience - events, LinkedIn, content. - Work with the founding team to develop a GC-specific service proposition and pricing structure where needed. Qualifications - 5+ years in a senior B2B sales, business development or partnerships role - legal services, legal tech or professional services strongly preferred. - Existing, active network of General Counsel and in-house legal leaders in Australia. - Proven track record of opening and converting senior-level client relationships. - Commercially sophisticated and able to have strategic conversations at GC level. - Strong personal brand in the Australian legal community is a significant advantage. - Self-directed and entrepreneurial, comfortable building from scratch with minimal infrastructure. - Excellent communicator and relationship builder. - Based in either Sydney or Melbourne able to attend in-person events and client meetings nationally. Booking & Scheduling Management • Receive and manage booking requests via email, phone, text, and online forms • Schedule jobs based on photographer availability and location efficiency • Enter bookings into internal systems and coordinate calendar events for photographers • Handle reschedules, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently Client Communication • Act as the first point of contact for client (agent) enquiries and job updates • Send booking confirmations and delivery emails with asset links • Follow up on property access details and special instructions prior to shoot day • Draft property descriptions and copywriting (approximately 1–2 per day) Post-Production Coordination • Monitor job progress through the editing pipeline • Ensure delivery of final assets within agreed turnaround SLAs • Coordinate with offshore editing teams to manage priorities and urgent requests • Support administrative tasks such as digitizing drone imagery (training provided)
• Produce, format, and amend complex legal documents with a high degree of accuracy (including contracts, agreements, and transaction documents) • Perform dictaphone typing and transcription from audio recordings • Handle hard copy typing and document revisions as required • Manage lawyers’ timesheet entries accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure proper document management protocols are followed • Open and manage new client and matter files within the practice management system • Conduct online searches, including searches relating to tenements and other regulatory registers • Apply advanced formatting skills in Microsoft Word, including cross-referencing, track changes, and document mark-ups • Ensure consistency, quality, and professionalism across all documentation produced • Collaborate with internal legal teams to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently
