We’re seeking a detail-obsessed Podcast QA Specialist to be the final checkpoint before our episodes go live. You’ll ensure every podcast is polished, seamless, and ready for publication — acting as the last line of defense for audio and video quality. • Maintain contact with field adjusters to ensure timely inspection and estimate/report submissions • Review adjuster reports and estimates to ensure accuracy, meet appropriate industry standards, and adhere to client guidelines • Knowledge of insurance policies and endorsements for appropriate application of coverage • Clear and concise file documentation • Ability to work with Xactimate/Xactanalysis and collaborate on estimates • Respond timely and appropriately to all communication • Monitor and maintain individual queues to ensure that files are being reviewed and closed timely • Understand and work within multiple client systems, programs and guidelines; Guidewire knowledge preferable • Assist with training adjusters on client specific requirements when necessary • Ability to meet and exceed cycle time and quality review metrics • All other related duties as assigned

• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for complex web applications. • Use Postman to perform thorough API testing, validating status codes, payloads, and error handling. • Partner with Automation Test Engineers to identify manual test cases that are high-priority for automation and identify gaps in existing test coverage. • Write and execute SQL queries to perform database validation and ensure backend data aligns with the front-end UI. • Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, providing detailed logs, screenshots, and clear reproduction steps. • Manage and update Work Items within Azure DevOps to ensure testing progress is transparent and aligned with sprint goals. • Use Azure DevOps to review automation run results and maintain alignment between manual test cases and the automated suite. • Actively participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives to provide a QA perspective on upcoming features.
