The Opportunity We’re looking for one person to own the entire marketing and visibility surface area for Parikshak.ai — from zero. No brand team, no content agency, no playbook to inherit. This is a Founder’s Office role. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build Parikshak’s presence across search, social, communities, press, and AI platforms simultaneously. The content you publish, the communities you establish credibility in, the press relationships you build — all of it becomes the company’s public face. This is not a role about impressions. It’s about inbound. Every piece of content, every community contribution, every PR placement exists to bring the right people to Parikshak’s door. People who do this well don’t think like marketers. They think like operators who happen to work in public. What You’ll Work On - Build Parikshak’s blog and search presence from scratch — researching keywords, writing content structured for both Google rankings and AI engine citations (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini), and tracking what’s actually gaining traction. - Own Parikshak’s voice on X — not a content calendar of scheduled posts, but a real presence that earns followers, starts conversations, and generates inbound interest from people worth talking to. - Build genuine credibility in Reddit communities and Quora spaces where founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers spend time — contributing real value long before mentioning the product. - Pitch Parikshak to journalists, podcast hosts, and publications — finding the right angle, writing the right message, and building the kind of media relationships that compound over time. - Get Parikshak listed, accurately described, and consistently maintained across every directory, AI tool marketplace, and software review platform that matters. - Plan and execute a major public launch moment — building the audience for it from Day 1, coordinating all moving parts, and owning the outcome. - Track every inbound signal across every channel, log it, understand where it came from, and use that data to push harder on what’s working and cut what isn’t. - Syndicate and distribute content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, and anywhere else the right audience lives. Requirements - You think like a growth operator, not a content creator — you care about inbound signals, not vanity metrics. - You’ve published content that actually ranked, got shared, or brought in a real conversation — not just content that went live. - You understand how SEO and AEO work structurally — not just ‘use keywords’ but why certain formats get cited by AI engines and others don’t. - You know that Reddit and Quora require earning trust before mentioning a product — and you’re comfortable doing the work to earn it. - You’ve used AI tools to produce content at volume without losing accuracy or quality, and you know the difference between editing AI output and just publishing it. - You’re obsessive about what’s working — you double down fast and cut dead weight without attachment. - You treat a single inbound DM as a meaningful signal, not a coincidence. As a full-stack AI-driven recruitment platform, we’re helping companies hire faster, smarter, and better. We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience in client acquisition and account management for HR or recruitment agencies. Someone who knows how to bring in mandates, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth. This is a full-time role where you’ll play a pivotal part in scaling our client base and shaping the growth story of Parikshak.ai. This is a Founder’s Office role. You’ll work directly with the founding team on business development, market research, and growth. The scope will expand as you prove yourself.
