Summary: The Salesforce Developer will become a member of an Agile team participating in and responsible for the hands-on design, implementation and enhancement of DFIN's Salesforce platform to create exceptional client and employee experiences. The Salesforce Developer will build and enhance Salesforce capabilities in a structured, regulated environment and deliver sprint-based work end-to-end (design, build, test, deploy, support). This is a full-time remote position located in the Washington, D.C area. Responsibilities - Develop with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); automate with Flow. - Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, validation, security/sharing, permissions). - Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data movement as needed. - Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect fixes, and release support across environments. - Produce lightweight technical documentation aligned to government delivery needs. Qualifications - 3–6 years Salesforce development experience (mid-level). - Strong in Apex + LWC and Salesforce data model/platform limits. - Working knowledge of Git and Agile delivery.
