• Design, develop, and implement scalable data integration solutions primarily using Informatica for ETL and large volume batch imports. • Configure and optimize data mapping, transformations, and workflows within the Informatica platform. • Develop, deploy, and manage Informatica applications to meet complex data transformation requirements. • Develop integration solutions using various protocols like SOAP, REST, and JMS. • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integration reliability. • Integrate cloud-based and on-premises systems. • Collaborate with Data Cloud and other delivery teams on data and integration projects, including blended approaches to Data 360. • Optimize integration flows for performance and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration issues. • Monitor system and integration performance and identify potential bottlenecks. • Collaborate with architects and other developers to understand requirements and design solutions.

• Act as the primary, hands-on Solution Architect for select high-priority and large-scale client engagements. • Maintain a billable utilization target while effectively balancing practice management and oversight responsibilities. • Serve as a technical manager and escalation point across various MuleSoft projects to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client business objectives. • Oversee inbound MuleSoft projects, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical alignment, and execution. • Manage resource assignments, strategically matching the right talent (onshore and global contractors) to specific project needs and phases. • Drive delivery excellence, establish best practices for enterprise integration, and support project-level health and timelines. • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support scoping and technical requirements for new engagements. • Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed delivery team, consisting of onshore employees and global contractors. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across distributed teams, ensuring strong communication and technical alignment. • Provide technical guidance, architectural reviews, and continuous feedback to team members to elevate the overall capability of the practice.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Consultants, including HR and performance management • Oversee team enablement and training • Conduct weekly 1-1s and provide mentorship and career development opportunities • Act as the executive escalation point. • Build deep relationships with stakeholders to ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) and identify natural opportunities for account expansion through demonstrated value. • Serve as Technical Solutions Manager (TSM) and/or Solution Architect on larger, more complex projects • Provide technical review and approval of solutions to ensure quality and scalability • Move beyond reactive ticketing to provide proactive roadmaps that align Salesforce capabilities with the client's long-term business strategy. • Work with VP of Consulting Services to improve and standardize client delivery documentation, best practices and project methodology
• Opportunity Generation: Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities throughout the Western half of the US, through various Salesforce channels, including networking, industry events, and social selling. • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. • Meticulous leverage of Salesforce CRM to track and manage all sales activities. • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesforce solutions to prospective clients. • Tailor presentations and demonstrations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client. • Effective co-selling with Salesforce sales team. • Needs Analysis and Solution Selling: Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet both client and company objectives. • Accurately forecast sales revenue and track progress towards achieving sales quotas. • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and Salesforce product updates. • Continuously develop and enhance sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

• Delivery Playbook Design: Define and maintain standardized delivery playbooks that leverage our internal products and tooling to accelerate implementations across Salesforce's full product ecosystem. • Establish the technical guardrails, scope templates, and quality benchmarks that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes regardless of which clouds are in play. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage a diverse team of specialized consultants (Functional, Technical, and Marketing) to ensure cohesive delivery on multi-cloud "bundled" jumpstarts. • Scope Governance: Work with Sales and Solution Engineers to ensure "Jumpstart" scopes are realistic, technically sound, and protected against "scope creep." • Platform Advocacy: Stay ahead of Salesforce’s three annual releases to ensure our Quickstart templates remain compatible with the latest features (e.g., Einstein AI, Flow enhancements).
