• Lead day-to-day technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles, with a particular emphasis on Python engineers, backend developers, and software architects • Build and manage a high performing TA team, set KPIs, design interview frameworks, and drive quality of hire and time to fill metrics • Own EMEA talent pipelines, leverage your existing network and community presence across European tech hubs to source passive candidates and build lasting relationships with technical talent • Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles in cybersecurity, SaaS, and backend engineering, using direct outreach, referrals, and community channels • Define and advance our employer brand in the Python/backend developer community, engaging with meetups, open source communities, and technical forums where this talent lives • Leverage AI powered recruiting tools to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and technical assessment across the hiring funnel • Own ATS optimization and recruiting tech stack decisions while building data driven frameworks to track funnel metrics, source effectiveness, and diversity hiring
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring a recruiting team in international, fast-growing environments.
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a career rooted in full cycle technical recruiting, you've done the work, not just managed it
- Strong understanding of global tech talent markets and technical role profiles, with proven success recruiting Python and Full-Stack developers, including the ability to speak to specific roles filled, pipelines built, and strategies that worked in that ecosystem
- Strong EMEA networks, you know where the talent is, have relationships in the market, and can hit the ground running with a warm pipeline
- Experience scaling technical teams in high growth or distributed environments, with concrete examples of what you built, what you learned, and how you'd do it again
- Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, AI recruiting tools, and passive candidate engagement
- Familiarity with global and multi country hiring—compliance, remote team dynamics, and EMEA specific market nuances
- Analytical mindset, you use data to refine your approach, not just report on it
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software markets is a strong plus
