Role Description SPD Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented TA Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the latest recruitment trends and technologies. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract candidates. - Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams efficiently. - Provide a positive candidate experience and communicate regularly with applicants throughout the hiring process. - Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
