• Diseñar, construir y optimizar los funnels y journeys de SmartPro de punta a punta: desde páginas y formularios hasta automatizaciones de email y comunicación post-registro/post-compra. • Este rol asegura que todos los funnels de la empresa (lanzamientos, evergreen, orgánico, academia y activaciones internas) sean estables, medibles, ordenados y orientados a conversión y experiencia. • Gestión de Funnels y Conversión (CRO): Construcción, optimización y mantenimiento técnico de todas las páginas del embudo (registro, ventas, checkout). • Incluye la gestión de redirecciones por fases del lanzamiento y la mejora de la velocidad y UX para maximizar conversiones. • Administración de Plataformas Educativas y Pagos: Configuración integral en Hotmart/Kajabi (productos, ofertas, bumps y accesos) y gestión de pasarelas de pago (Stripe/Dlocal). • Responsable del QA de pagos, resolución de incidencias y flujos de alumnos externos. • Estrategia de Email Marketing y CRM: Diseño y ejecución de automatizaciones para lanzamientos, flujos *evergreen* y postventa. • Incluye la segmentación de audiencias, limpieza de listas, monitoreo de entregabilidad (reputación/spam) y reportes de performance. • Integraciones y QA End-to-End: Asegurar la correcta comunicación entre plataformas mediante triggers y eventos críticos (compras, cancelaciones).
Job Requirements
- Experiencia de +2 años construyendo funnels/páginas (Webflow/WordPress/HTML/ gohighlevel o similar).
- Tracking técnico básico (GTM/GA4/pixel).
- Experiencia con email marketing y automatizaciones (ActiveCampaign o similar).
- Confort con herramientas tech: formularios, integraciones simples, links, QA.
- Pensamiento lógico y estructurado (tipo “si pasa A, entonces se ejecuta B”).
- Alta atención al detalle + disciplina de Quality Control (checklists, pruebas, cero improvisación).
- Capacidad de aprender rápido herramientas nuevas y seguir procesos (SOPs).
- Nice to have:**
- Experiencia con plataformas Educativas como: Hotmart, Kajabi, etc.
- Experiencia con plataformas de Pago como: Dlocal, Paypal, Oneinfinity, etc.

Director, Growth Marketing Location: Denver, CO Summary The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for driving customer acquisition, market share growth, and ROI-positive revenue performance across WOW!’s footprint. This role owns all paid media strategy and execution, direct mail marketing, agency and vendor management, and growth marketing budgeting. This leader blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and analytics rigor.
