Director, Growth Marketing Location: Denver, CO Summary The Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for driving customer acquisition, market share growth, and ROI-positive revenue performance across WOW!’s footprint. This role owns all paid media strategy and execution, direct mail marketing, agency and vendor management, and growth marketing budgeting. This leader blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and analytics rigor. They will oversee performance across SEM, paid social, display, video, traditional media, and direct mail—ensuring integrated campaigns that deliver measurable subscriber growth. What WOW!
