What You’ll Do: - Gain access to and manage relationships with partner technical staff functions to understand their requirements and challenges proficiently. - Qualify sales opportunities by understanding partner and customer technical requirements, decision-making processes, and underlying demand drivers. - Uncover and articulate the business value of Boomi's Intelligent Automation and Integration solutions. - Create compelling presentations that demonstrate to technical as well as business decision-makers how Boomi successfully solves pain points. - Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transition from presales to implementation. - Understand the competitive landscape and position Boomi's solutions appropriately against competitors. - Collaborate with other sales engineers, leaders, and cross-functional technical groups to ensure a consistent and effective approach to solution application and development. - Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to Boomi's offerings (no-code/low-code solutions for AI, APIM, Business Process Automation, MFT, Integration and Data Management). The Experience You Bring: - Exemplary written and verbal communication skills in English - Significant number of years of client-facing experience with a robust technical aptitude and presentation skills, and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Some field sales or customer consulting experience is preferred. - Solid comprehension of integration technologies with a focus on API management, data management, and real-time integration. - Experience with other iPaaS, API Management, Business Process Automation, Process Mining or Data Management vendors is a significant advantage. - Integration experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS and others is also an advantage. - Solid business acumen with the ability to understand, design, and validate system architectures that are relevant in modern enterprise environments. - Ability to uncover customer needs and articulate the business value of solutions skillfully. - Ability to prioritize tasks and foster effective communication in global cross-functional teams. - Solid presentation skills and comfort presenting to a wide variety of audiences, both in terms of responsibility and technical acumen. - A natural passion for creative problem-solving and a curiosity to understand how things work. - Ability to switch between working individually or collaboratively for extended periods. - Understand the importance of continuous learning while also being a coach and mentor to other team members. Compensation and Benefits Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position begins at $175,000 - $220,000 plus commission. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
