• Ensure success and maintain close client relationships by understanding their business pain points and advising on the strategic use of Arvo's solutions. • Translate complex operational challenges into testable hypotheses and practical, data-driven diagnoses. • Design, tune, and evaluate custom AI models and agents for each client, collaborating directly with a technical squad from prototype to production. • Develop technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to demonstrate the financial and operational impact of solutions to internal and external stakeholders. • Prioritize the features and initiative roadmap per client, balancing potential financial return with technical feasibility. • Lead onboarding sessions and periodic follow-up rituals (check-ins) to ensure product adoption and evolution. • Coordinate handoffs between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

• Architecture Leadership: Guide the design and evolution of the Audit Copilot platform, ensuring scalability, security, and traceability across the entire ecosystem. • Cross-Team Impact: Operate beyond your own team by identifying dependencies, mitigating technical risks, and ensuring integrations with Data teams are smooth and performant. • Operational Excellence: Define and uphold reliability standards (SLOs) and observability, turning incident learnings into systemic improvements to reduce toil. • Mentorship and Culture: Raise Arvo’s technical bar by mentoring engineers, promoting rigorous design reviews, and spreading best practices (TDD, CI/CD, Clean Architecture). • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Product to refine the technical scope of ambiguous initiatives, balancing trade-offs between delivery speed and technical debt.

• Size, plan and manage the productive capacity of the expanding medical audit operation. • Recruit and select new professionals (physicians and nurse auditors) to build the team across multiple states. • Structure and lead the national audit team, ensuring technical and cultural alignment with Arvo's objectives. • Oversee the daily audit operation, ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy of deliverables. • Develop and manage the team's and operation's success metrics (KPIs). • Actively participate in strategic review meetings and client and partner presentations, traveling when necessary.

• Architect and evolve the internal platform (compute, networking, observability, security, deployment) as a product consumed by engineering and data teams • Provide technical leadership on initiatives that improve DORA metrics, reliability (SLOs, incident response) and developer experience • Establish and evangelize standards, paved roads and internal libraries that multiply team productivity • Maintain and evolve the data infrastructure (pipelines, warehouse, lineage) together with data engineers and data scientists • Design end-to-end observability, security and FinOps solutions • Write RFCs, ADRs and technical documentation that support long-term architectural decisions • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, raising the team's technical bar • Act as a technical partner to leadership in defining the roadmap and quarterly prioritization

• Drive opportunities end-to-end (from lead generation by pre-sales through to closing). • Lead the solution demonstration (demo), proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract signing. • Ensure a structured handover to Results Delivery (Implementation) and Customer Success teams. • Build and present business cases that support Arvo's value proposition to prospects and clients. • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Results Delivery to provide process feedback and strengthen value generation. • Keep the pipeline diligently updated, acting autonomously and strategically in opportunity management. • Contribute market and customer insights to commercial strategy and the product roadmap.
