Role Description As Lead Program Manager Pharmacy Network, you will join a small, collaborative team promoting better health and financial outcomes for consumers through the integration of process oversight and improvements, industry expertise, and transformative digital capabilities. - This position will be responsible for working with strategic partners to define, implement, and support optimization programs in support of SS&C clients. - Lead end‑to‑end product delivery: discovery, requirements, scoping, prioritization, delivery planning, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement for pharmacy network products and services. - Responsible for systems and processes that support pharmacy network participation and reimbursement for Commercial, Medicare Part D, Discount Card Programs, and Manufacture Coupon Programs. - Manage negotiations and relationships with pharmacy partners to ensure access for retail and specialty networks. - Provide insight for various aspects of external vendor contract negotiations, service level performance, system enhancements, system controls, and issue resolution. - Design and maintain policy and procedures supporting overall compliance including; contract, state/regulatory requirements. - Leverage technology expertise to engage across the enterprise to identify and implement opportunities for automation through artificial intelligence. Qualifications - Degree in Business, Mathematics, Actuarial Science or other related area or equivalent work-related experience. - Must have 6+ years’ experience in Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) experience. - Must be able to understand and evaluate risk and effectively prioritize workload. - Experience with negotiating and managing contractual guarantees. - 5+ years’ experience with modeling and data management. - Advanced SQL, DB Visualizer and Excel skills required. - Experience in project/program management. - Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a high degree of mathematical aptitude. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Attention to detail. - Ability to interact with senior management and key business users. - Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
