Role Description The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing the offer letter creation process, supporting candidate onboarding, and overseeing the contingent worker (CWR) conversion process. Role Description The Senior Program Manager, Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be responsible for the management, configuration, and maintenance of Quality training content including creation, re-versioning, assignment and reporting. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring seamless user experience, and providing support for talent and learning in functional operational training within the organization. Role Description As the Lead, Supply Chain Engineer (Implementations), you will be responsible for leading the development of a design package that may include: - Material flow diagrams - Facility layouts - Material handling equipment designs - Automation designs - Storage media designs - Process designs - Slotting - Pick path analyses You will also have overall responsibility for managing all engineering activities during the implementation phase including: - Automation and material handling vendor management - Systems and equipment installation and testing Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience - 4 years of engineering experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing or a related field - Experience leading Engineering teams - Experience with Microsoft Office Requirements - 8-10 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer - Experience with Advanced data tools like SQL, Power BI and Python - Extensive AutoCAD experience - Ability to travel up to 50% - Time study measurement, such as MOST, a plus - Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience warehousing, distribution center or fulfillment experience - Analytical - Project and resource management experience Benefits - Competitive compensation - Generous benefits package including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision) - 401(k) - Life insurance - Disability Company Description GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
