• Verantwortlich für die Erstellung einer detaillierten Projektplanung unter Berücksichtig aller vom Kunden gewünschten Anforderungen • Koordination der Aktivitäten zwischen Kunden, Montageunternehmen, internen Abteilungen und Sublieferanten sowie erster Ansprechpartner für projektbezogene Angelegenheiten • Vergabe von Gewerken innerhalb des Projektes • Prüfen von Zeichnungen und Stücklisten sowie Erstellen von Auftragsbestätigungen für die Kunden • Besichtigung und Betreuung der Baustelle, sowohl Vorort als auch vom Büro aus • Kostenkalkulation und Terminplanung des Projektes • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Koordination der Aufgabenverteilung • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Projektrisiken- und Unsicherheiten sowie das Ergreifen von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung • Teilnahme an allen projektrelevanten Besprechungen • Verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Abnahmen
Job Requirements
- Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Hintergrundwissen in der Projektabwicklung und -betreuung in der Logistik oder Intralogistik
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in dem Bereich Maschinenbau oder Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, AutoCAD und MS Office-Anwendungen
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Verhandlungstarke, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein der Klasse B

• Providing support to the North American SSP and Construction team including; • Leading the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance and timeliness of new shop construction, refits and refreshes, closures and store maintenance of existing shop locations. • Effectively managing Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast. • Ensuring project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance. • Staying informed of industry best practices of global retail construction process and project support. Role Description As a Design Supervisor, you’ll be diving into quality control (QC) for multiple utilities, handling QC design for both pre- and post-construction phases.
