• Debug and troubleshoot complex deployment and integration challenges across customer environments • Work directly with customer engineering and platform teams to deploy and operationalize AI systems • Design and implement integrations across enterprise AI workflows, APIs, infrastructure, and governance platforms • Deploy and support AI evaluation frameworks, observability solutions, and guardrail implementations • Translate customer deployment challenges into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders to navigate enterprise governance requirements • Drive successful customer adoption of AI infrastructure solutions while balancing technical and business requirements

• Cloud Security Engineering • Serve as the primary security engineering resource on cloud-focused initiatives. • Design and implement secure architectures across public and hybrid cloud environments. • Partner with engineering teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle. • Evaluate and implement cloud security controls and best practices. • CSPM & Security Tooling • Support and enhance Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) capabilities. • Engineer, deploy, and maintain enterprise security tools and platforms. • Develop automation to improve cloud security monitoring, remediation, and compliance reporting. • Configure and optimize cloud security policies and controls. • DevSecOps & Automation • Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows. • Collaborate with development teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security practices. • Leverage tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, and cloud-native security services. • Promote secure development and deployment standards across engineering teams. • Security Consulting & Governance • Advise Product Owners, Principal Engineers, and technical leadership on security architecture and operational considerations. • Assist in the development and maintenance of security standards, procedures, and guidelines. • Participate in security reviews, threat assessments, and risk mitigation activities. • Support ongoing compliance and regulatory initiatives. • Operations & Incident Support • Participate in Information Security operational activities. • Support monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of security platforms. • Participate in on-call rotations supporting enterprise security operations. • Assist with security investigations and cloud security incident response activities.

• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot production schedules and workflow for mainframe and open systems environments, using automated monitoring tools to identify failures, degradation, and late dependency events • Triage problems and take corrective action to ensure availability and minimize downtime • Follow and contribute to standard operating procedures, recommending improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer service • Develop a thorough understanding of production schedules, job flows, and service level deadlines • Resolve moderately complex processing issues and delays • Complete checklists and turnover logs for audit compliance • Assist with troubleshooting Remote File and Data Transmission delivery issues • Analyze recurring problems and present improvement recommendations to senior technicians or management • Assist in maintaining technical documentation and SOPs • Provide daily support to end users and programming groups • Collaborate with senior staff on work assignments as needed

• Support enterprise application modernization and backend platform development initiatives • Design and develop enterprise-scale backend applications and services • Build scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot • Develop RESTful APIs supporting mission-critical banking applications • Create reusable frameworks, components, and libraries to accelerate development • Design highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems • Implement best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security • Automate build, testing, and deployment processes • Support CI/CD pipelines and release automation initiatives • Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, and business stakeholders

• Support enterprise reporting modernization, analytics initiatives, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. • Redesign reports using Power BI best practices. • Build executive-level dashboards and operational reports. • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data models and refresh strategies. • Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams. • Support IAM initiatives and evaluate security tool integrations.

• Lead manual and automation testing efforts across multiple projects • Define test strategies, estimations, schedules, and resource planning • Perform risk-based testing and support release sign-off activities • Participate in test design reviews, defect triage, and stakeholder communication • Mentor team members on testing best practices and automation standards • Manage test case management, test execution tracking, and defect lifecycle management

• Developing prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs using AI/ML knowledge and tools • Building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs • Designing and working with RAG systems • Creating agent-based systems using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI • Collaborating in a team environment for AI-driven applications and solutions

• Build PoCs, MVPs, and production-grade applications using Generative AI technologies • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning, deployment, and evaluation • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Hugging Face • Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, etc. • Build multi-modal AI solutions integrating text, image, and other data types • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems
