• Attends project meetings as required to establish overall project scope in concert with Solution Design Specialists and manage projects from purchase order through completion. • Coordinates with Solution Design Specialist to develop work plans, schedule, and logistics based on overall project parameters, project schedule and scope, and customer’s goals. • Reviews project site, plans, and product specifications. • Communicates proactively and effectively with customers and provides detailed project updates. • Maintains detailed project documentation of key project decisions including customer requests and revisions. • Provides timely communications throughout project to client, third parties, and the Solution Design Specialist. • Manages accurate and detailed record keeping including receiving documentation, time sheets and contract adherence, sign-offs and approvals, and key decision records. • Works collaboratively with Solution Design Specialist to deliver exceptional customer journey. • Performs on-site leadership, strategic site visits, and attends walk-throughs as required. • Keeps current with ERP database, all acknowledgments and estimated delivery dates, engaging in continuous follow-up, and expediting with freight suppliers and factories. • Reviews open projects and Unbooked Sales Report on a weekly basis ensuring all forecasted dates are current. • Ensures all proof of delivery documents and field paperwork are submitted in a timely manner. • Performs project walk-through and is responsible for developing punch list with the third-party installer and punch list resolution. • Confirms project completion. • Manages all final project close-out requirements including contract requirements and client signoffs. • Coordinates with billing and ensures timely submission of invoices.

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead end-to-end project management for IoT and mobility solution deployments. • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders. • Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. • Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and support teams. • Technical Oversight & Delivery Support: Coordinate the design and implementation of IoT-enabled telecom solutions. • Oversee enterprise mobility account management and device provisioning across carriers. • Ensure high performance and uptime of client deployments through structured monitoring and escalation processes. • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes. • Stay informed on industry trends in IoT, telecom networks, and device management to inform future projects.

• Project coordination • Own the scoping of CG work based on client briefs and breakdowns • Build and maintain schedules, deliverable overviews and task plans for multiple parallel projects • Keep project trackers and databases up to date so status, priorities and dependencies are always clear • Production support • Lead day to day coordination with CG artists, compositors and other disciplines • Oversee feedback loops, versions and approvals for all deliveries • Define and maintain asset lists and delivery checklists, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks • Client and stakeholder communication • Act as primary point of contact for key automotive and powersports clients • Join and lead dailies, internal reviews and client calls, capturing decisions and follow ups • Share clear, structured status updates with clients, producers, supervisors and other stakeholders • Flag risks early, propose scenarios and trade-offs, and drive alignment on next steps • Budget and admin • Own tracking of hours and costs against estimates and bids • Support producers in building and refining estimates and scopes of work • Manage POs, timesheets and other project administration • Keep key project documents organised, accessible and up to date • Team and process • Coach and support junior project managers and coordinators on your projects • Contribute to improving tooling, workflows and reporting within the automotive vertical • Help embed best practices for planning, communication and risk management across the team
