• Manage planning and execution of multiple strategic initiatives/programs • Drive prioritization, scope control, and resource allocation • Develop program plans, including financial justification • Establish communication strategy and program governance • Ensure accountability and timely delivery of milestones • Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, business, operations) • Identify risks/issues and drive resolution with escalation as needed • Manage project dependencies and stakeholder alignment • Facilitate communication across teams and leadership • Drive enterprise-level change initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 7+ years of overall business experience
  • Experience managing complex transformation programs
  • Strong leadership in matrixed environments
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in risk, operational, and change management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently
  • Preferred PMP certification or equivalent
