Job Description

Sales Coordinator – Expansion

DocPlanner

• Lead the expansion team for the NOA product (AI), ensuring targets are met and maintaining regular follow-up rituals; • Build and scale processes to ensure predictability and efficiency in expansion; • Monitor performance indicators, implement strategies, and optimize results with a focus on targets (MRR, volume metrics, etc.); • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and development plans; • Recruit and develop new team members; • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure short- and long-term goals are achieved; • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience leading sales teams at SaaS or similar companies (SMB focus is a plus);
  • Advanced English (will interact with the global team);
  • Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets;
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, GPCT and BANT;
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar);
  • Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Ability to inspire, motivate and coach the team;
  • Ownership mindset: accountable for results, not just processes;
  • Hands-on approach: someone who contributes and steps into operations whenever necessary.
