• Own and optimize our current MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot), and support evaluation of new tools as our tech stack evolves • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and customer conversion across freemium, webshop, and enterprise touchpoints, with a particular focus on supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions as they apply to Maltego’s marketing and sales strategies • Develop and manage scoring models, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle workflows based on user behavior and channel • Automate campaign assets such as email nurtures, landing pages, forms, and tracking links • Implement and enforce data governance best practices, including GDPR compliance and lead source attribution • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to improve lead handoff, pipeline acceleration, and marketing ROI • Ensure CRM hygiene and process alignment between Marketing and Sales

Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Pardot (other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lifecycle tracking, attribution, and lead scoring
  • Experience building dashboards and performance reports using tools like Salesforce, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Comfort working with data (Excel, basic SQL, or analytics platforms) to derive insights
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with freemium and PLG motions, webshop / eCommerce funnels, and enterprise sales journeys
  • Experience working in cyber intelligence, SaaS, or other data-driven environments
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Overview National Debt Relief is seeking a collaborative and operationally minded Manager of Marketing Operations to support the analytics infrastructure and cross-functional workflows that power our marketing measurement capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Analytics, this role sits at the intersection of analytics, stakeholder management, and operational execution helping ensure that insights reach the right people, at the right time, in the right format. This is not a heads-down analysis role. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at building relationships across teams, driving clarity in ambiguous environments, and translating analytical work into business-ready outputs. You will partner closely with marketing, finance, and data engineering to keep reporting pipelines running smoothly and to support the analytics team's ability to operate at scale. Compensation Information Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US.
