IMMERSE

• Translate marketing assets — including graphics, video, website content, and sales collateral — between Spanish and English to support LATAM market expansion • Own event logistics end-to-end, from pre-production planning through post-event reporting, across conferences, podcast-style recordings, and more • Manage and organize content assets across campaigns, sales materials, and brand collateral • Provide marketing administrative support including scheduling, internal communications, and document management • Publish weekly status reports on Jira ticket updates and cross-departmental project progress across marketing, product, and growth • Support ongoing campaign operations and assist with performance reporting and dashboard updates • Coordinate communications with vendors and freelancers supporting outsourced production work
