• Ownership of an account portfolio where you are accountable for the performance of each customer. • Manage the full customer journey, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion, to ensure your customers are successful at every stage. • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders with your accounts. • Proactively identify customer risks by monitoring key metrics and risk signals and develop tailored mitigation plans for each identified risk, considering the specific context and needs of the customer. • Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio to drive up- and cross-sell and strategically grow the account. • Develop, deliver, and execute success plans and strategic account development plans to drive value realization and account expansions. • Work closely with internal stakeholders across our sales, success services, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Own day‑to‑day US accounting activities, including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations in NetSuite • Perform an accurate and timely month‑end close in NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal controls • Manage and review AP/AR processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, expense reporting, and aging reviews • Support internal and external audits by preparing reports • Partner with the Finance team on ad‑hoc GL tasks and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Technical point of contact for customers and partners during implementation projects • Elicit requirements and define integration approaches in workshops • Design and implement end-to-end architectures to integrate Maltego into customer systems and third-party components • Ensure scalability, performance, and security standards in high-security or regulated environments • Document interfaces and specifications to enable seamless interoperability • Install and configure Maltego solutions in enterprise and public-sector environments • Develop integrations and transforms in Python, based on RESTful APIs, databases, and other data sources • Collaborate with internal development, engineering, and product teams to deliver customer-specific features • Manage the technical implementation including configuration, testing, and deployment • Provide technical support during pilot phases and rollouts • Identify integration opportunities to optimize investigative workflows • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to feed feedback into product improvements
• Own and optimize our current MarTech stack (Salesforce, Pardot), and support evaluation of new tools as our tech stack evolves • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, lead funnel metrics, and customer conversion across freemium, webshop, and enterprise touchpoints, with a particular focus on supporting product-led growth (PLG) motions as they apply to Maltego’s marketing and sales strategies • Develop and manage scoring models, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle workflows based on user behavior and channel • Automate campaign assets such as email nurtures, landing pages, forms, and tracking links • Implement and enforce data governance best practices, including GDPR compliance and lead source attribution • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps and Sales to improve lead handoff, pipeline acceleration, and marketing ROI • Ensure CRM hygiene and process alignment between Marketing and Sales
• Create impactful assets: Develop sales decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, product sheets, competitive comparisons, web copy, and launch kits that align with brand and messaging. • Support go-to-market: Deliver high-quality materials that support launches, feature rollouts, and demand generation campaigns. • Translate value: Turn technical features into benefits that resonate with investigators, analysts, and decision-makers. • Maintain consistency: Ensure message alignment and brand coherence across all product-related content. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams to understand priorities and deliver needed materials. • Continuously optimize: Track usage and effectiveness of assets, gather feedback, and iterate to improve relevance and impact.
• Maintain and enhance Ansible playbooks and roles • Manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation • Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters with KEDA-based event-driven autoscaling • Administer sharded MongoDB clusters and Elasticsearch databases • Manage RabbitMQ and Redis clusters • Maintain and improve monitoring stack (Nagios, ELK, CloudWatch, PagerDuty) • Implement and enforce security controls (SELinux, FIPS compliance, OSSEC, WAF) • Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash for operational tasks • Support CI/CD pipelines using Atlassian Bamboo/GitHub Actions • Participate in on-call rotation for production infrastructure support • Create and maintain baseline AMIs for rapid environment provisioning
