• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of marketing technology professionals, supporting their career growth. • Partner with cross-functional teams in the Digital (IT) organization to ensure alignment of marketing technology goals with broader company objectives. • Act as a manager for marketing operations platforms, providing strategic direction on tool and platform decisions. • Guide the development of integration roadmaps in collaboration with marketing operations and other organizational teams. • Oversee the reliable operation and scalability of systems such as Marketo and third-party tools. • Provide solution architecture support to design and maintain robust integrations between marketing tools. • Advise on and validate marketing data models within Marketo and other connected systems to eliminate silos. • Ensure adherence to a marketing taxonomy, enabling connected and analyzable data across platforms. • Work with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to identify business challenges and align solutions. • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. • Promote automation and efficiency gains in availability, scaling, monitoring, and operational capacity.
Job Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing technology teams or similar operational functions.
- Advanced understanding of marketing operations platforms, tool integration, and overall business lines.
- The ability to translate analytical and technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and delivering system integration roadmaps and documenting system architecture.
- Familiarity with data governance, taxonomy, and modeling in marketing tools like Marketo.
