Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English and German
- Degree in Business Administration, E‑commerce, Marketing, Media, or a comparable qualification
- 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, online marketing, or digital project management, ideally in a D2C environment
- Experience managing shop updates, campaign implementations, and conversion optimization
- Confident with shop systems (e.g., Shopify), web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio), and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Nice to have: A/B testing tools, UX/heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar), CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo)
