• Build custom Shopify storefronts and themes using Liquid, React, and modern frameworks like Next.js and Remix • Translate design mockups and business requirements into high-quality, accessible, and scalable code • Implement reusable components, UI logic, and performance optimization best practices • Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers on headless Shopify builds • Stay up to date with the latest Shopify front-end updates and trends • Design and build Shopify apps (public/private) and backend APIs using Node.js, Remix, or Next.js • Implement Shopify Functions, custom checkout logic, and performance optimizations • Work with MongoDB, Supabase, and related databases for data persistence • Integrate with third-party APIs, tools, and Shopify Admin/Storefront APIs • Collaborate with client teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance data flows • Build and maintain full Shopify applications and headless storefronts • Work directly with clients to define technical needs and design architecture • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• Manage and optimize Shopify listings, ensuring product and catalog accuracy. • Assist in fulfillment tasks, liaising with the operations team as needed. • Quality check on Shopify listings and product launches. • Support promotional activities, potentially requiring familiarity with Shopify Scripts and launchpad for scheduling promotions. • Experience with uploading mass SKU imports into Shopify • Ad-hoc reporting and dashboarding

• Manage product data across catalogs with multi-level variant configurations, including complex SKU relationships such as size, finish, and product specifications. • Execute bulk catalog updates, pricing adjustments, and inventory changes using tools such as Matrixify or similar bulk import systems. • Monitor Shopify app integrations, identify conflicts, manage redirects, and maintain alignment between B2B and B2C environments. • Build and maintain technical forms that support lead capture and trade program workflows. • Own on-page technical SEO elements including meta structures, URL logic, alt text, and crawlability standards. • Implement and maintain structured data and schema markup to support search visibility, including readiness for AI-powered search environments. • Identify friction points in navigation or checkout and recommend technical improvements that strengthen user experience. • Cross-reference sales performance with GA4 data to identify trends in conversion rate, average order value, and product performance. • Own weekly reporting focused on top-performing and underperforming SKUs, search behavior, and merchandising opportunities.
