Senior Manager, Ecommerce
Ivoclar EMEA
• You will be responsible for defining, driving, and executing Ivoclar’s Ecommerce strategy. • This role ensures that Ivoclar offers a state-of-the-art digital commerce solution supporting the markets in delivering measurable business growth both in direct and indirect business models. • Providing excellent customer experience, enabling global product information & availability and integrates seamlessly into the MyIvoclar ecosystem. • The Digital Product Owner Ecommerce balances global consistency with local relevance, ensuring Ecommerce becomes a growth engine, aligned with Ivoclar’s Sales strategy and market ambitions. • Owns the Ecommerce vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Defines business KPIs for revenue growth, conversion, customer adoption, customer lifetime value, and engagement. • Ensures state-of-the-art Ecommerce capabilities, including personalization, omnichannel integration, mobile-first design, and seamless checkout/payment processes. • Manages the full lifecycle of Ivoclar’s Ecommerce platform(s): planning, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement. • Works in close alignment with other Domain DPOs (e.g., Dealer Portal, Invoice Scanning, Academy) to guarantee that Ecommerce solutions provide cross-functional value rather than isolated capabilities. • Drives global adoption of the Ecommerce platform, supporting local markets with training, best practices, and change management.
Job Requirements
- Deep experience in international Ecommerce strategy, operations, and platforms (B2B and/or B2C).
- Strong knowledge of global digital sales channels, customer experience design, and omnichannel integration.
- Proven track record in driving digital revenue growth.
- Business acumen with strong focus on customer needs and market trends.
- Skilled in stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organization.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into business improvements.
- Strong understanding of underlying sales and logistics processes (order-to-cash, CRM, ERP integration).
- Visionary yet pragmatic, balancing innovation with execution discipline.
