B2B Marketing Manager

• Own the full development and execution of integrated B2B demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on MQL and pipeline creation. • Manage the content funnel for the B2B market, including writing and editing impactful blog posts and creating high-value collateral like case studies and whitepapers to support the sales cycle. • Plan, execute, and measure the success of both online (webinars, virtual summits) and offline (conferences, hosted events) events to generate high-quality leads and increase brand presence. • Design and implement targeted ABM strategies in collaboration with the Enterprise Sales team to penetrate key accounts and accelerate deal cycles. • Maintain and grow the B2B LinkedIn social media presence, developing engaging content that drives follower growth and lead capture. • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, focusing on key metrics like conversion rates, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and pipeline contribution. • Own and manage the B2B marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI across all programs. • Maintain close collaboration with the Sales team (SDRs and AEs) to ensure lead quality, smooth handoffs, and consistent messaging.
Job Requirements
- Native in Japanese and fully proficient in English (C1/C2 level) for professional global communication.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven focus on lead/demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Proven experience developing yearly marketing plans and budget planning, with a track record of executing these plans in a timely and effective manner.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese B2B landscape, audience, and key industry verticals.
- Proven ability to create compelling B2B content, including writing original blog posts and developing persuasive case studies.
- Experience planning and executing successful online and offline B2B events.
- Prior experience building or executing formal Account-Based Marketing programs.
- A proactive entrepreneurial spirit, and an appetite for continual learning within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns and managing B2B social media (LinkedIn).
- Experience in the EdTech, E-Learning, HR Software, or Well-being sector.
- Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Previous experience working in a remote & distributed team.
