Field Marketing Manager – Central PA, Northern Baltimore

DICK'S Sporting Goods

• Develop and execute local marketing programs that ladder up to overarching brand campaigns and strategic initiatives • Provide market intelligence to influence strategies that build brand sentiment, drive sales, and increase Customer Lifetime Value. • Track competitor activities and synthesize learnings into monthly reports. • Collaborate with GO marketing team to develop strategies & messages that resonate with local Athletes. • Drive traffic & revenue by cultivating strong relationships in the community through negotiating sponsorships. • Promote assets (such as GameChanger, Sideline Swap, In-Store Services) to sponsorship partners. • Manage tiered giving program within territory. • Deliver level of excellence and professionalism on all relationships, events, and programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (4-year college degree) in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a retail or multi-unit environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Successfully pass comprehensive criminal background and motor vehicle checks
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability in work schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Some travel within territory required.
