• Data Mining & Contact Research • Build highly targeted prospect databases across multiple industries. • Research and source accurate contact information, including email addresses, direct phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. • Identify key decision-makers such as CEOs, Managing Directors, HR Directors, Operations Directors, Commercial Directors, and Business Owners. • Use advanced research techniques to source difficult-to-find contact information. • Maintain accurate and organized prospect databases. • Lead Generation & Outreach • Build and manage outbound email campaigns. • Upload and segment prospect lists. • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, and conversions. • Continuously optimize outreach campaigns through testing and improvements. • Identify and connect with decision-makers through LinkedIn. • Manage LinkedIn messaging campaigns and generate prospect conversations. • Support the founder's personal brand outreach activities. • Telephone Prospecting • Follow up on warm leads generated through email and LinkedIn campaigns. • Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualified prospects. • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings. • Maintain consistent call activity and follow-up. • CRM & Pipeline Management • Maintain accurate CRM records. • Track outreach activities and lead progression. • Manage prospect records and reporting. • Ensure all interactions are documented properly. • Technology & AI • Comfortably use modern sales and productivity tools, including: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Email outreach tools, Data scraping and research tools, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research and workflow efficiency, Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Work within existing Node.js, Next.js, and React applications • Develop, improve, and maintain product features based on defined requirements • Help move existing products toward production-ready quality • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues • Collaborate with the team while working independently on assigned tasks • Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) as part of the development workflow • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions when needed

• Maintain and improve existing production environments. • Support deployment and release processes. • Improve authentication and access management. • Help implement security-conscious operational practices. • Configure and improve automation for operational workflows. • Monitor and improve production reliability. • Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues. • Assist with environment configuration and maintenance. • Recommend operational improvements and best practices. • Work alongside developers to ensure smooth product releases.

• Maintain and enhance existing systems built with Delphi Embarcadero RAD Studio. • Work closely with the outgoing developer during onboarding and transition. • Collaborate with the client and team to understand business processes and system architecture. • Learn the existing system quickly and contribute to its ongoing evolution.

• Operations & Systems Management (Priority) Build, document, and improve internal systems and workflows • Ensure processes are structured, repeatable, and scalable • Maintain organized documentation across projects and teams • Project Coordination Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and task tracking • Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution • Manage tools such as Notion, Asana, or similar platforms • Financial Oversight Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping coordination • Support budget tracking and simple financial reporting • Ensure business transactions are properly recorded and organized • Administrative & HR Support Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain internal records and documentation • Assist with contractor coordination and payments • Reporting & Communication Prepare weekly/monthly operational summaries • Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams • Founder / Leadership Support Assist with strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects • Support execution of key business priorities

• Maintain and optimize company webpages and web-based applications • Manage and improve client-facing dashboards and internal tools • Implement new features, updates, and UI/UX improvements • Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system errors • Ensure platform security, uptime, and scalability • Manage integrations with third-party tools and APIs • Support ongoing platform evolution as business needs grow

• LinkedIn Outreach & Prospecting (Primary Focus) • Send up to 400 targeted connection requests per month • Identify and engage decision-makers (HR Directors, Managing Directors, Sales Directors) • Execute multi-step follow-up sequences in a personalized tone • Send voice note follow-ups to increase engagement • Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging • Email Outreach & Lead Generation • Build and manage cold and warm email campaigns • Source and scrape contact details for target prospects • Execute structured 3-touch email sequences • Integrate LinkedIn leads into email follow-ups • Track and improve response and conversion rates • Content Support (Secondary) • Create and schedule up to 5 LinkedIn posts per week • Write content based on the provided video materials and themes • Topics may include: Founder story, Emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), Cost of a bad hire, Industry insights • Ensure consistent posting across personal and company profiles • Campaign & Lead Magnet Support • Assist in deploying lead magnets (e.g., AI-based assessments) • Support campaign adjustments based on performance and engagement • Light Marketing Operations • Support basic SEO improvements • Assist with CRM updates and integration with the website • Work with outreach and tracking tools to maintain campaign efficiency

• Manage and organize (meetings, calls, appointments) • Ensure schedules remain structured, efficient, and aligned with priorities • Help manage the increasing volume of commitments • Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups as needed • Upload and manage content across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram) • Assist in maintaining consistent and aligned messaging • Organize content and ensure timely posting • Support visibility efforts (not responsible for full strategy or content creation) • Update and maintain the existing Squarespace website as needed • Create and publish blog posts • Upload images and make basic content updates

• Develop and maintain websites and applications using CraftCMS • Build and customize CraftCMS templates, modules, and plugins • Develop backend functionality using PHP • Implement frontend interfaces using Twig, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Work with designers to translate Figma or design mockups into functional templates • Manage content structures within CraftCMS (sections, entries, fields, and taxonomies) • Integrate third-party APIs and external services • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues • Maintain clean, maintainable code using Git version control

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using Vue.js • Write and maintain robust component and unit tests using Vue Testing Library • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement user-facing features • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability • Debug and resolve issues across different browsers and devices • Contribute to improving front-end architecture and development standards.
