Senior Field Marketing Manager – AMER
ClickHouse
• US travel required >50% of the time. (This will continue to decrease as the team grows.) • Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events that support both immediate and long-term business objectives for ClickHouse. • Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leaders, to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement. • Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives, helping to expand ClickHouse's reach and strengthen its market presence. • Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for a variety of events such as trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars. • Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns, covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies to ensure consistent lead generation and audience engagement. • Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using data insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results. • Maintain a detailed event calendar and actively identify new event opportunities that align with ClickHouse’s marketing goals and priorities. • Coordinate all event logistics, ensuring the smooth delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment throughout transportation and setup. • Provide internal teams with clear guidance on event responsibilities and task assignments, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective collaboration across departments.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space. Experience in database or data analytics industries is required.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing events at both small and large scales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to evolving business needs.
