Marketing Manager – Digital Brand Lead
Dev Partners
• Plan, create, and manually post engaging, original content across all main social platforms. • Collaborate with instructors and partners to source UGC (user-generated content) and testimonials to increase brand credibility and engagement. • Stay updated on changing algorithms and optimize posting times and formats for each platform. • Run community engagement: reply to comments and DMs, spark conversation in stories, groups, and forums, and conduct outreach for local collaborations and cross-promotions. • Update and optimize all website content using Wix and ClassPass to ensure classes, offerings, and promotions are accurate and visually appealing. • Coordinate with operations/admin teams to reflect scheduling changes, service updates, and new events. • Develop, launch, and optimize both organic and paid campaigns; measure and report ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for each channel. • Promote the use of insurance and FSA payment options in all digital content, ads, and landing pages targeting both clients and trainers. • Actively recruit new trainers by creating targeted digital recruitment campaigns and engaging with prospects online. • Analyze, report, and iterate on campaign and ad performance to continually improve acquisition and brand growth. • Manage and execute three targeted email campaigns per week for sales, promotions, education, or engagement, including outreach for trainer recruitment. • Segment lists for personalized communication. • Build, update, and test automated flows via Klaviyo. Promote insurance and FSA payment options consistently across all emails. • Analyze, report, and optimize open, click, and conversion rates.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand management in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry
- Klaviyo (or similar) - email campaign execution, list segmentation, automated flows, triggered sequences, and performance optimization
- Canva (or similar) - graphic design for social media content, promotional materials, and digital ads
- Wix (or similar) - website content management, page updates, scheduling integration, and landing page optimization
- ClassPass (or similar) - class scheduling, booking management, and service listing updates
- Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads - paid campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and ROAS tracking
- Social Media Management - content planning, manual posting, community engagement, algorithm optimization across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- UGC & Influencer Collaboration - sourcing user-generated content, partner outreach, and cross-promotion strategies
- Recruitment Marketing - creating targeted campaigns and outreach to attract trainers/instructors
- Analytics & Reporting - campaign performance analysis, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
