Role Description Lead solution architecture for a S/4HANA based transformation program, addressing critical dimensions of business processes, data & analytics, applications, and technologies. - Lead the definition of the Solution Architecture in challenging business transformation projects (overall solution design including end-to-end design, integrations, and data migration). - Ensure that technical solutions, platforms, and systems satisfy business requirements and future needs. - Develop and implement an enterprise roadmap for SAP S/4HANA and a suite of new solutions including leadership of the ERP non-functional roadmap and related enterprise-wide integration requirements. - Provision digital capabilities to enhance and transform the business and to enable new business models. - Provide leadership, guidance, and technical solutions for focus areas e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, digital platforms, Cloud Integration, API Management, AI, Advanced Analytics, and IOT. - Ensure a well-structured and defined solution architecture framework - delivering to time, cost, and quality and within budget. - Ensure adherence to solution governance and enterprise architecture principles and standards. - Lead and participate in key governance forums including Architecture Review Boards, Program Boards, Change Control Boards, and Integration Management meetings. - Active participation in business development and pre-sales activities, including proposals and responses to “Requests for Proposal” (RFPs) and “Requests for Information” (RFIs). - Proactively manage, monitor, and report on the identification, impact, dependencies, risks, mitigations, and implementation status of solution architecture topics and areas for improvement; and own the resolution of solution architecture issues. - Liaise with 3rd party providers and vendors as needed. - Manage internal consulting resources, 3rd party provider resources, and contract resources. - Design and manage complete enterprise solutions. - Demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community and show a passion for technology and business acumen. Qualifications - Extensive work experience in a consulting company, working in large-scale SAP transformation programs. - Proven delivery capability for large-scale SAP based transformation programs. - Practical application of project management life cycle principles and methodologies (SAP Activate, including key concepts like Model Company, SAP Value Lifecycle Management, etc.). - Experience with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks and models e.g. TOGAF. - Considerable SAP solution architecture, familiar with typical solution challenges in a large-scale transformation program. - Demonstrated skills in executing an Agile-based design and delivery approach. - Ideally experienced in process analysis and business process design approaches. - Solid understanding of major data objects and SAP enterprise structures. - Solid understanding of a range of SAP applications including S/4HANA, e.g. IBP, MDG, etc. - Solid understanding of applying technologies like Cloud, APIs, AI, and IOT. - Experience in delivering SAP using a value-driven transformation approach. - Superior client interaction skills: ability to build trusted relationships to design and implement solutions for transformation programs jointly with clients. - Ability to inspire, convince, and to influence to be able to gain buy-in from senior business management and stakeholders. - Superior problem management skills (problem identification, structuring, resolution) and moderation skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Ability to collaborate within the Firm and to leverage existing resources. - Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences. - Project-related mobility/willingness to travel. • Lead SAP PTD / Manufacturing processes including Production Planning, Execution, and integration with MM, SD, QM, and WM/EWM • Own and drive data migration activities related to PTD objects, including: Bill of Materials (BOM) • Routings / Master Recipes • Work Centers • Production Versions • Material Masters (production views) • Plan and execute data cleansing, mapping, validation, mock loads, and cutover activities • Design, configure, and validate BOM and Routing structures in line with business requirements • Lead business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design for PTD • Ensure seamless integration between PP/PTD and other SAP modules • Provide leadership during unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and hypercare • Act as the primary point of contact for PTD-related issues and escalations • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to the project team • Support go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization
