• Lead two different SAP migration workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives • Manage SAP RISE migration projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration between business and technical stakeholders • Participate in technical discussions, understand proposed technical concepts, and facilitate decision-making without requiring hands-on technical consulting • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues • Monitor project progress, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Drive execution excellence and ensure successful delivery of project objectives

• Lead and support SAP FI activities within a business separation project • Design and implement SAP Treasury solutions aligned with business requirements • Contribute to the target solution architecture for SAP Finance during the separation program • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions • Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI, Treasury, CO, and other SAP modules • Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, and impact assessments • Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions align with SAP best practices and enterprise standards • Support testing, cutover, and go-live activities • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable SAP Finance solutions

• Provide functional support for SAP Vistex solutions • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests • Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions • Support change requests and system enhancements • Collaborate with business users and cross-functional SAP teams • Participate in testing activities and support system releases • Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with agreed SLAs • Prepare and maintain functional documentation

• Lead and support SAP MM implementations and enhancements in both SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments • Design and deliver end-to-end procurement solutions, including purchase-to-pay processes • Configure and support release strategies, special procurement types (e.g. subcontracting, vendor consignment), and pricing procedures • Ensure seamless integration between MM and other SAP modules such as FI/CO, EWM, and QM • Perform debugging and issue analysis to support technical and functional troubleshooting • Work with IDoc-based interfaces, including intercompany (IC) processes • Utilize SAP Solution Manager for documentation, testing, and change management activities

• Design, implement, and support SAP EWM–MES integration solutions in complex manufacturing and logistics environments • Take ownership of interface and integration topics, including long-term support and maintenance • Participate in MES integration initiatives, including Labware and automated warehouse integrations • Develop and maintain interface solutions (e.g., IDoc, API, middleware-based integrations) between SAP EWM and MES systems • Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for integration-related issues • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration solutions • Ensure stability and continuous improvement of end-to-end integration processes

• Participate in SAP MM/PM implementation and support projects including configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support. • Configure and optimize SAP MM processes such as procurement, inventory management, purchasing, and material master data. • Configure SAP PM processes including maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, equipment, and functional locations. • Support integration between MM/PM and other SAP modules such as FI/CO, WM/EWM, SD, and PP. • Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements for procurement and maintenance operations. • Support data migration and ensure data quality for materials, vendors, equipment, and maintenance-related master data. • Create reports and KPIs related to procurement, inventory, maintenance performance, and asset management. • Provide user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. • Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams during project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end testing activities for the Brazil Tax Reform program. • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, smoke, and integration testing cycles. • Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and execution tracking. • Coordinate defect management in ALM and prioritize issue resolution with technical and functional teams. • Support business users during UAT execution and provide testing guidance. • Monitor testing progress and communicate risks, blockers, and status updates to project leadership. • Ensure alignment between business requirements, functional specifications, and test coverage. • Coordinate cross-functional testing involving SAP and external systems. • Support go-live preparation, cutover activities, and hypercare stabilization. • Work closely with PMO, SAP consultants, developers, Basis, security, and business stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the organizational change management (OCM) workstream for a corporate division split project. • Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks. • Ensure alignment of OCM activities with SAP-related process changes and system transitions. • Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support seamless separation activities. • Identify potential risks related to change adoption and develop mitigation strategies. • Prepare and deliver training and communication materials to impacted teams. • Monitor change readiness and ensure successful adoption across both newly formed divisions.

• Complex developments in the SAP environment using ABAP-OO • Develop applications and enhancements using RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model) in an S/4HANA environment. • Design and maintain OData services. • Develop and adapt SAP Fiori applications in line with UI/UX guidelines. • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate technical specifications. • Ensure compliance with the Keep the Core Clean principles throughout the development lifecycle.

• Provide full support during SIT, UAT, and Hypercare phases • Build and correct roles using PFCG • Troubleshoot authorization issues (SU53, authorization trace) • Perform SoD analysis and support remediation • Contribute to SAP security, GITC, and audit activities
