Job Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in law, business law, or IT
- Certification as a qualified Data Protection Officer (DPO) or equivalent training desirable
- Knowledge of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national data protection laws for D/A/CH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland)
- Team player with a systematic and meticulous working style and a strong hands-on mentality in a growing and dynamic work environment
- Good English skills, ideally with initial experience in an international work context
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication and presentation abilities across different hierarchical levels

In this role, the Patient Financial Counselor is responsible for: - Collecting patient payments - Reviewing accounts receivable accuracy - Assisting with billing resolution - Ensuring professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations This role works closely with Intake and Finance teams to support: - A smooth admissions process - Accurate financial documentation - Timely payment solutions Making a direct impact on the patient experience and the financial health of our programs.
