• Consulting and designing AI, Copilot, and automation solutions based on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure AI • Developing and implementing Copilot Studio Agents, automations, and Azure AI solutions, including integration with appropriate platform and cloud services • Governance and compliance for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot environments, including DLP, role models, lifecycle management, and citizen development • Analyzing and optimizing existing environments and creating PowerShell- and Microsoft Graph-based solutions for reporting, auditing, and automation • Conducting workshops, assessments, and presales support, including training, solution design, effort estimation, technical documentation, and executive briefings

• Advise our clients in developing, implementing and reviewing security concepts in a (partially) project-leading capacity • Conduct IT risk analyses and implement and develop security standards and processes • Proactively identify client needs: document, review and evaluate processes • Design goal-oriented, tailored solutions together with our clients, speaking “their language” • Support the implementation and ongoing development of the ISMS at our clients • Improve risk posture and information security by initiating, coordinating and monitoring recommended measures — your hands-on mentality is in demand with our clients

• Managing and strategically developing existing customers (SMEs to large enterprises) within a defined territory • Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships and growing the network at both specialist and management levels • Planning and coordinating all sales activities, including presentations, events and trade shows • Acquiring new customers based on qualified leads and building your own target account portfolio • Preparing proposals and contracts and contributing to the further development of the service portfolio
