• Provide professional Christian faith-based counseling through secure telehealth services. • Integrate Biblical principles into counseling sessions when appropriate and consistent with the client's goals and preferences. • Assist clients with emotional, relational, marital, family, grief, anxiety, depression, life transition, and spiritual concerns. • Develop individualized treatment plans and counseling goals. • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation. • Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as appropriate. • Uphold ethical, professional, and Biblical standards of practice. • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities as requested.

• Provide Christian-based counseling services via secure telehealth platforms • Integrate biblical principles and faith-based guidance with counseling support • Provide age-appropriate counseling for teens, young adults, and adults • Maintain timely, accurate session documentation • Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies • Collaborate with leadership and clinical support teams as needed • Refer clients appropriately when needs exceed scope of practice

• Conduct virtual psychiatric assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate medication management plans for clients. • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, adjusting dosages and treatment plans as necessary. • Collaborate with our team of licensed therapists and counselors to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients. • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding medication adherence, potential side effects, and therapeutic interventions. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements. • Autonomy over clinical decisions: You are the licensed and trained provider. We defer to your clinical judgement and expertise about the most effective and clinically appropriate approach for clients.

• Complete approximately 5–8 comprehensive behavioral health assessments per week • Conduct assessments via telehealth • Complete assessments accurately and within established documentation timeframes • Develop appropriate clinical recommendations and treatment recommendations • Provide supervision and oversight for assigned provisional and non-licensed behavioral health professionals • Monthly individual supervision sessions • Clinical consultation and case review • Documentation & progress note review • Treatment plan review • Clinical guidance and mentorship • Performance feedback regarding documentation quality and clinical practice • Review documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance • Ensure documentation meets payer, organizational, and regulatory standards

• Provide couples, family, and individual therapy using a systems-informed approach • Specialize in areas such as: relationship conflict, communication, divorce/separation, blended families, parenting, and premarital counseling • Conduct family assessments and develop systemic treatment plans • Bill services via commercial insurance and self-pay • Support the optional faith-integrated couples therapy track (if applicable to your practice) • Collaborate with individual therapists on shared family system cases • Maintain clinical documentation within 48 hours

• Provide therapeutic services to couples and families, focusing on marriage counseling, relationship dynamics, communication issues, and conflict resolution. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual and relational challenges and develop tailored treatment plans. • Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to address marital and family issues, such as emotional distance, infidelity, parenting conflicts, and other stressors. • Facilitate a safe and non-judgmental environment for couples and families to openly communicate and work through their issues. • Provide crisis intervention and short-term solutions when necessary to help couples and families manage acute issues. • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment goals, and client progress. • Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed to ensure holistic care. • Offer support, education, and resources to clients, empowering them to strengthen their relationships and improve overall family dynamics.
