Teamlead Leasing Sales – d/f/m

• You’ll own the leasing sales strategy and execution across dealer segments, working cross‑functionally to close supply gaps, optimize pricing and incentives, and ensure our leasing offers set the market standard. • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate market insights into scalable programs that drive revenue, profitability, and dealer engagement. • Define and evolve the sales strategy for Leasing in partnership with the Business Lead and other key functions. • Identify new growth opportunities and build scalable strategies to source new deals and acquire new Leasing dealers. • Act as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers, coordinate dealer operations and support defining sales incentive structures. • Together with Analytics and the business lead, perform competitive benchmarking and market gap analysis to identify shortfalls in supply and translate findings into actionable targets. • Lead the Leasing Sales Team across Key Account Managers and Sales Operations team as a people manager. • Participate in a cross-functional Leasing leadership team to drive the Leasing business. • Partner with Marketing and the Product & Tech teams to support in structurally prioritising requested dealer features. • Establish clear KPIs and operating rhythms, track performance, and make and communicate evidence‑based decisions and trade‑offs.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales leadership or commercial roles within marketplaces, automotive, fintech, or leasing/financing.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling dealer or partner programs that deliver supply growth, revenue, and margin improvements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands‑on experience in pricing, incentives, and profitability management; comfort working with FP&A and revenue reporting.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Marketing to shape programs and features that drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Data fluency: set targets and KPIs, run experiments, and make transparent trade‑offs based on evidence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to align Key Account Managers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Bonus: exposure to OEM ecosystems, new‑car/BTO programs, regulated environments, or incentive automation.
  • Proficiency in English and German (speaking, writing, and understanding).
