• Define and own the architecture strategy for Airvoyant's AI-powered platform. • Design scalable solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and intelligent automation. • Lead architecture for cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. • Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and best practices. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Drive technology selection, proof-of-concepts, and architecture reviews. • Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across the organization. • Design integrations with aviation, MRO, ERP, and supply chain systems.

• Extract, analyze, and interpret complex structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and external clients • Lead the design, development, validation, and deployment of predictive, statistical, and machine learning models that solve high-impact business problems • Design and implement data models and algorithms supporting forecasting, optimization, anomaly detection, personalization, and decision automation • Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-value opportunities where data science can drive measurable outcomes • Translate analytical insights into production-grade data products, APIs, and scalable solutions • Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing) and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics tools to democratize insights across technical and non-technical users • Analyze data to improve product performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue outcomes • Evaluate new data sources and data collection methodologies to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance • Build frameworks and processes to monitor model performance, drift, and data integrity over time • Document methodologies, assumptions, and results to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting aviation maintenance and operational workflows • Build modern, responsive front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies • Develop secure, high-performance backend services, APIs, and integrations for enterprise systems • Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and high-quality code • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features end-to-end • Design and optimize databases, data models, and queries for performance and scalability • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures • Ensure application reliability, performance, and security in production environments • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and usability • Build reusable components, services, and frameworks to accelerate development across teams • Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment processes • Document system architecture, design decisions, and development processes

• Act as a liaison between airline customers and programming department by answering phone calls and correspondence (Help Desk function) • Identify, research and resolve technical and software problems • Track and monitor customer issues to ensure a timely response and resolution • Liaison with our Development Department to document customer specifications • Test software program modifications and resolutions to report technical problems • Liaison with Technical Writing Department to develop documentation of new program features • Customer training (on-site or at Trax location) • On-call service for customer emergencies • Manage and coordinate customer projects - oversee implementations with support of our corporate team • Ability to take on customer implementation projects to ensure smooth delivery of Trax products and services • Other duties as assigned

• Develop, refine, and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals. • Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales cycle - from lead generation through contract closure. • Expand Trax’s footprint within commercial, regional, and military aviation markets. • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify evolving needs and position Trax solutions effectively. • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with aviation operators, maintenance organizations (MROs), and industry partners. • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer maintenance processes and recommending tailored software solutions and facilitating ROI discussions. • Lead the response process for complex RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements. • Collaborate with technical, product, and implementation teams to develop detailed and compelling proposal content. • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) for specific customer engagements, clearly defining deliverables, scope, timelines, and responsibilities. • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while safeguarding Trax’s strategic and financial interests. • Partner with product development, implementation, training, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior management. • Deliver clear and professional presentations highlighting opportunities, challenges, and account progress.
