• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, scope-based data platforms and cloud migration projects, from initiation through closure. • Provide technical oversight and act as a bridge between engineering teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and quality. • Oversee technical prerequisites and delivery readiness, including environment access, data ingestion setup, CDC analysis, SLAs, and validation processes. • Drive stakeholder communication, risk management, issue resolution, and milestone-based sign-offs. • Lead and support cross-functional engineering teams through clear prioritization, performance management, and delivery governance. • Own project financials, including forecasting, cost control, invoicing approvals, and scope change management. • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics. • Support pre-sales and growth initiatives by contributing to estimations, delivery strategies, and follow-on phase planning. • Partner with recruiting teams to support hiring and onboarding for specialized technical roles.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing client-facing projects in complex delivery environments.
- Proven experience leading data engineering, cloud migration, or enterprise platform transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of modern data platforms and engineering concepts, such as Cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), Workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), Data transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt), Data quality and validation frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations), CDC, ingestion pipelines, and parallel run strategies.
- Solid experience in managing large-scale, scope-based projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- High attention to detail in planning, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.

What You’ll Do: - Lead the full project lifecycle for complex professional services engagements, from project kickoff and discovery through to final delivery and transition. - Facilitate design workshops and develop comprehensive project documentation, including detailed Gantt schedules, resource allocation models, and Change Management strategies. - Partner with PS Consultants, Technical Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to execute against custom Statements of Work (SOWs). - Act as the "delivery expert" during the pre-sales phase, assisting Sales and Customer Success in scoping engagements, validating timelines, and ensuring a seamless handoff to delivery. - Maintain a personal billable utilization rate of 60-70% while rigorously managing project margins and change control processes. - Rigorously manage project margins, billable utilization, and scope. Proactively identify and manage "scope creep" through formal change control processes. - Serve as the primary point of escalation and reporting; provide internal and external stakeholders with transparent updates on milestones, budget burn, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, billable services delivery within a SaaS or consulting environment. - Proven track record of managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+, with a focus on high-stakes enterprise implementations. - Advanced skills in managing Gantt-based schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance. Experience with web/mobile documentation management or construction-tech platforms is highly preferred. - Deep understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders through data-driven insights. - Experience within the Construction, Engineering, or Financial SaaS industries is a significant plus. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business value. - PMP and/or CAPM certification is strongly preferred. - Ability to travel up to 30–40% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions.
