• Understand and document project scope for both short duration projects and ongoing retained clients • Develop & ensure follow-through upon project plans for each of Actable’s strategic accounts • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members • Ensure timely delivery of promised action items and client deliverables • Facilitate internal and external communication

• Lead the delivery of day-to-day client engagements • Develop and clarify client business objectives / requirements • Understand and simplify complex data environments into easy-to-understand themes and visualizations • Recommend 1st party data-driven marketing strategies to senior client stakeholders (Director level and above) • Build audiences from first party data in a wide variety of tools using Boolean logic and a detailed understanding of client data • Deploy audiences into client marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, Email providers, websites, and more • Drive ROI on our clients’ investments in marketing technologies • Ensure clients’ business objectives are met • Make recommendations on reporting to show progress with client 1st party data initiatives • Produce documentation – client-facing & internal that helps Actable to scale as a business by fostering great client relationships

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team! The Technical Project Manager is Actable’s key client-facing role for our strategic accounts for day-to-day delivery. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the time, efficient, successful, and profitable deployment of promised scope. This person will lead ongoing communications with our clients and internal stakeholders on strategic accounts. This person will partner with Executives, Strategists, Account Managers Developers, and Analysts to traverse the last mile of digital transformation – real-time, cross-channel, customer experiences.
