VP Marketing – Treasury and Global Markets

• The Vice President – Marketing leads the planning, orchestration, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Treasury & Global Markets (TGM) across Retail, Corporate, and Institutional segments. • The role is centered on campaign planning and execution, cross-segment coordination, elevating Treasury & Global Markets profile through differentiating thought leadership, high-impact content, and driving client engagement initiatives - including events and strategic activations. • Operating within a matrix environment, the incumbent partners closely with senior leadership across Treasury, Retail, and Corporate Banking to shape strategy, positioning, execution standards, visibility, and commercial impact - and ensure disciplined delivery against those priorities. • This is a high-visibility mandate requiring strategic maturity, stakeholder confidence, and strong execution discipline.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Strong track record in integrated campaign planning and cross-segment orchestration.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in thought leadership development, content strategy, and partner management.
  • Experience in client engagement activities and event-driven marketing.
  • Commercially driven with clear performance accountability.
  • Strategic maturity and executive presence, with a clear understanding of execution standards and what strong delivery looks like.
  • Ability to manage complexity, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities with confidence and discipline.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft impactful campaign messaging.
  • Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
